Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mil Spec Stocks, LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you buy trading cards or collectibles from us, through online marketplaces such as eBay or directly, or when you contact us.
Information we collect
- Messages: your name, your email address, and the content of messages you send us.
- Orders: what we need to fulfill an order, such as your name, shipping address, the items purchased, order and payment status, and tracking details. Payments are processed by the marketplace or payment provider. We never receive full card numbers.
- Website: our hosting provider may process standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security. This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
eBay API data
We use the eBay Developers Program APIs only for our own eBay selling activity and internal business tools. That means managing our listings and inventory, researching pricing for our own items, fulfilling and shipping orders, customer service, and our own records.
- We do not sell, rent, license, or share eBay data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We keep eBay user data only as long as needed for these purposes or to meet legal requirements, such as tax records. After that, we delete it.
- We comply with the eBay API License Agreement and eBay's data protection requirements. When eBay notifies us that a user has asked to delete their personal data and close their account (Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications), we delete that user's personal data from our systems. The only exception is data we must keep to meet specific legal requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to operate, such as marketplaces, payment processors, shipping carriers, and our hosting and email providers, or when the law requires it.
Retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed or required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email info@milspecstocks.com. We respond within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to retain.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
