Purchases
We sell trading cards and collectibles. Purchases made on a marketplace such as eBay are governed by that marketplace's terms and by our Returns policy. All sales are final except as described in that policy.
Item descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph every item accurately. Card condition and grading can be subjective, and we do not accept returns based on grading results. Please review the photos and ask questions before you buy.
Trademarks
Team, league, player, and manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the items we sell. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Mil Spec Stocks, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
